1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of veliniclothing.com and any purchases made through our store. Velini operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). By placing an order or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Velini is powered by Shopify. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
2. Products
Velini sells premium hoodies and clothing for men through veliniclothing.com. All products are described as accurately as possible. Please be aware that screen colour representations may vary slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Agreement
A binding purchase agreement is established once you receive an order confirmation email from Velini. This email is sent to the address provided at checkout and serves as your receipt.
Velini reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- the item is no longer available in stock
- there is an apparent error in pricing or product information
- there is suspicion of fraud or misuse
To complete your purchase, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number for any return or exchange requests.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Velini does not store your card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method, which will be outlined at checkout.
Velini is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for any returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking and are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top-notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us.
Return conditions
Velini will accept items for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
- Items are in original condition (may be tried on as in-store)
- Items are returned within 14 days of receipt — returns after this period will not be accepted
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email with order number) is provided upon request
- If an item has been used more than necessary to assess its condition, a deduction in value may apply to the refund.
- Original packaging and tags should be included where possible.
How to return or exchange
For all returns or exchanges, please contact us at contact@veliniclothing.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will handle your request based on the conditions stated on this page. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Return shipping
We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item, along with the approval or rejection status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at contact@veliniclothing.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate further.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team at contact@veliniclothing.com as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
This does not limit your right to make a claim for defective products in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
9. Privacy & Personal Data
Velini collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We collect information such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, payment details, and usage data in order to process your orders and provide you with our Services.
Your information may be shared with Shopify and trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and shipping carriers) as necessary to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data.

We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders where obvious mistakes have occurred.
